Our journey began with a simple but powerful mission — to bridge the gap between Ethiopian talent and global demand through ethical, transparent, and professional recruitment services.
since 2012, I worked in major foreign employment service provider agencies based in Ethiopia, as a Customer Support Staff and Marketing Head and Deputy General Manager at KEMLILA F.E.A and SAVE US F.E.A, respectively.
I recognized the need for a more trustworthy and human-centered approach to foreign employment service gap.
In 2023, I established ILEL LIQA Foreign Employment Agency with a clear goal:
To create opportunities that not only transform individual lives but also strengthen and the nation’s economy.
Since our establishment, our mission has been clear—to connect Ethiopian talent with global opportunities in a fair, transparent, and ethical manner.

Who We are
Our journey began with a simple but powerful mission — to bridge the gap between Ethiopian talent and global demand through ethical, transparent, and professional foreign employment services.
Ilill Liqa Overseas Employment Agency is a company commercially registered in September, 2018 to provide foreign employment services.
However, due to the government’s reform of the legal framework on the sector and the COVID 19 issues, the foreign employment services did not actively operate for consecutive three years.
Later, following the government’s reform of the legal framework, a new and revised Proclamation governing overseas recruitment and employment services sector was actively operating after late 2021.
Accordingly, our company renewed its business license in 2023 and rejoined the sector to resume providing overseas employment services in full compliance with the new regulations.
At present, Ilill Liqa operates as a legally licensed and reputable agency, providing professional and reliable services that connect Ethiopian job seekers with overseas employment opportunities in a lawful and responsible manner.
We specialize in connecting Ethiopian skilled professional, experienced and semi-skilled domestic workers with international employers across the Gulf region—including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and recently spread to Kuwait, Jordan and Lebanon— through direct foreign recruitment agencies.
In current year 2025 ILEL LIQA F.E.A with the collaboration of our corporate referral partner called STATE SIDE GROUPS OF COMPANY based in the United Arab Emirates who share our values of fairness and excellence. Accordingly, signed an agreement to work as a partner for the UAE and Europe employment opportunities facilitation for Ethiopian professional work force.
